Sustainable fashion is a hot topic in #ClimateCafé spaces, for good reasons – as communities consider why and how they can reduce the impacts of the clothing industry on our planet.
On their way to changeNOW, in Paris, the youth team from the #ClimateCafe Hub, our Co-founders, were keen to be visible, and branded for their #ClimateCafé volunteering, but wanted to do this with as little impact on our water, climate and nature as possible.
Step in the kind and generous team at Imprint!

Just a short walk from the train journey change at Kings Cross to St Pancras, was this amazing space for innovative design – including rails of fantastic up-cycled fashion items – reusing materials for a unique look.. and with a little chat, found a solution.
Rather than make more, even what may be advertised as organic tees – the team dug out t-shirts and tops that would have gone to landfill, had they not been rescued for reuse.
The children created their own designs to promote and share the #ClimateCafe idea at ChangeNOW with 35,000 change makers – with t-shirts they made themselves, supported by the kindness, creativity, generosity and space provided by Imprint.
Every scrap of their unique original designs, from recycled and repurposed materials, in a creative collaboration – just what #ClimateCafes are all about.
Outcome: Sustainable travel, sustainable fashion, happy kids and high impact messages!
Thank you!
