Since 2015, community led Climate Cafés have created space to drink, chat and act on climate.
Prompted by a need to create a regular space to get together, connect and take action – these spaces have become valued spaces to inspire, inform and involve more people in our communities. In fact, these spaces have generated huge amounts of significant actions too – led by the people who know their own places best.
In New York City, this April, The Climate Reality Project started to create #ClimateCafé space alongside the trainings with Former Vice President, Al Gore – to drink, chat and act on climate.
This June in Rome, these will be rolled out through the training programme once again – supporting all those who are gathering to train, to have time and space to connect with others.

These spaces create opportunities to connect with new people, share insights, discuss the content of the training, chat about ideas and plans for action.
From #ClimateCafe experience, this will only add to the incredible action that everyone can lead and get involved in – locally in our own communities, workplaces, schools and campuses – and now across continents through a growing global movement too.
