COP26 Partnership with Climate Reality
At COP 26 in Glasgow, Climate Café® was glad to work with Climate Reality to host and inspire climate conversations and action.
Climate Reality Leaders, trained by former US Vice President Al Gore, came together with those involved in Climate Café to create spaces to share climate stories and create connections to deliver bold climate action.
Together the Path2Glasgow initiative encouraged communities and workplaces to start their own Climate Cafés – safe, pop up spaces where people can come together to talk and act on climate. To kickstart the conversation at a first gathering of a Café, Climate Reality Leaders can offer a presentation that helps to ensure that everyone involved can feel confident and up to date in their own knowledge of the latest climate science, impacts and solutions.
If you would like to set up a Climate Café in your own community or request a talk, get in touch!
